Team Entry Fee: $750.00

Checks should be made payable to the: Hawaii Lacrosse Club.

Recommendation: Teams that submit a $500.00 refundable deposit will be given special consideration in the team selection process. This deposit helps distinguish between teams which are well organized and committed to participating in the 2004 tournament and teams whose commitment to the event is more questionable. The Hawai'i Lacrosse Club will deposit checks of only the teams who are accepted into the event. All other team checks will be returned.
